Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
No illegal calls, no impersonation of humans without disclosure where law requires it, no harassment, no scraping of customer voice data.
Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Usage fees are billed monthly in arrears.
Intellectual property
You own your data; we own the service. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use Altoka for the duration of your subscription.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that AI outputs will be error-free.
Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for breach of acceptable use.
