Calls reach altOKA through Twilio, the telephony platform trusted by businesses worldwide. Every call webhook is signature-verified.
altOKA writes to Zendesk, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce and Freshdesk while the call is live, or to its own built-in CRM if you do not have one.
