Altoka Platform respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow GDPR, India's DPDP Act, and Canada's PIPEDA where they apply.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email), voice transcripts you generate, integration metadata you connect, and product analytics. Audio is processed in-memory and discarded after transcription unless you turn on call recording.
How we use it
To provide the service, train tenant-scoped models you control, run billing, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion at any time. Contact privacy@altoka.com or use the Data Export tool in your settings.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Voice transcripts default to 90 days; configurable per workspace.
